Communication concept and corporate design – In accordance with the contextually agreed guidelines and in cooperation with our principal, we select a suitable communications/advertising agency. We coordinate all the various synchronisation processes right through to the finalised communication concept and also serve as the agency's contact partner. Where required, working together with the agency we are also able to create a unique corporate design that is then implemented throughout all the communication media, including the Internet.
Printed media – Following approval of printed materials and online proposals by the building owner, we coordinate the design and printing of sales brochures, flyers, construction signs, mailings and Internet sites.
Sales – We have the necessary infrastructure to train salespersons according to the requirements of the building owner. In this context, we can either put together our own sales team or bring in an external team.
After-sales service – We provide ongoing support for the buyer as well as the building owner – from the very onset right through to turnkey hand-over of each individual flat.
